Pythagorean Fuzzy AHP Based Dynamic Subcontractor Management Framework

In construction projects, a significant part of work is done by subcontractors (SCs). Therefore, their management main contractors (MCs) becomes an important issue as the density SCs created at sites. recent years, more focus on SC evaluation and selection in bidding process has been agenda whereas subject performance appraisal on-site during project execution phase untended literature. Thus, this study aims to measurement phase, provide tentative performance-based dynamic framework that MCs will use order take proactive measures. line with aim, total number 23 criteria (PMC) under 7 groups were determined result comprehensive literature review expert evaluations. Knowing not every criterion have same effect measurement, pairwise comparisons made using Pythagorean Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (PFAHP) method importance weights determined. The PFAHP was obtained integrating fuzzy set into AHP chosen aim improving obtaining consistent results eliminating uncertainty since sets capable than expressing handling uncertain environments.
